Fraud Alert

This doctor’s office is horrible!  First of all they have seen my mom and my dad for an immigration physical, apparently this doctor reported that he is my parents PCP ! When he doesn’t even know what problems my parents suffering of . Make up a bunch of lies in the physical, when we get to go to immigration for interviews, we almost get lock up ! We paid 800$ to get it done , mind you it has to b cash only ! No credit cards, no other payment but cash ! Fraud ! We ask for a receipt refused to give out receipt! This man by the name of Nazaire at the front desk is so rude and disrespectful! Came back to pick up a record of all the lies, all the misinformation that they  have written in the physical, they want me to pay 30$ to get a report.  there was no rules out of no where we have to pay 30 $ to get a record
