I have been seeing Dr Saleha Jafar form last 9 months. I don’t know where I’d be without her help. My life has completely changed for the better and I am able to lead a normal life again . The doctor also does Televisits and it’s so much easier than having to go to a doctor’s office. No waiting time. Very easy to communicate with the doctor or her staff for questions or appointments. You can expect an answer back within 24 hours unlike many other doctor's offices I have been to before. I would recommend anyone who feels like they are " stuck" and have no hope or help to reach out to Dr Jafar. She has helped me change my life when at one time I felt like there was nothing to live for. I was not able to work for last few years and after I started treatment, I have regained my energy and motivation back. I now have 2 jobs and am living a happy life with my family. I have regained my self confidence.

The worst PCP in Newburgh NY

The receptionist is very rude and never greets you or acknowledge you when you come into the office. The place is a hole in a wall. You will wait any where from 30mins to 1hr before being seen. You will NEVER speak to the MD on the phone. I have super High Blood Pressure and the MD was not able to control it with medication. I called the office at 9am for a refill and got a vm advising the voice mail box is full. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Hold times are always 5mins or more. WORST PLACE EVER, GARBAGE!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!
