Dr. Lowe is a very friendly doctor. Unfortunately either she is not receiving her messages or the messages are being ignored. Throughout my time as a patient of Dr. Lowe, I have had two instances where it was a nightmare getting my medication refills. The pharmacist did everything he could to help but to no avail. This last time I had to stop my medication cold turkey because the pharmacy and surrounding pharmacies were out of stock on this medication. I contacted her office three times in one week as did my pharmacist. It was Friday when the receptionist told me that Dr. Lowe would respond after five. It is Monday morning and still no response. I am without my medication for one week. This is not how patients should be treated, especially those on medications that should not be missed by a day. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board as well. I am not the only patient experiencing this.
